Consultation
Our initial phase is to have a consultation about the ideas you may have. At this stage we would provide basic advice on what may be acceptable for planning permission. we would then send out a quote.
Site Survey
If the quote is accepted, then the next step is to conduct a site survey. This is where we would draw up the existing plans and discuss your proposed scheme
Preliminary design
We would then move onto the next phase of completing your drawings and plans in consultation with you.
Planning approval
Once we submit the planning application on your behalf, we monitor it and ensure that there are no issues which need resolving. Upon approval, you may need building regulation drawings which can be provided to your builder to make a start
